About once a year we freshen up our schedule, add new shows to our line-up, and welcome some new (and old) faces to our teams.  Check out what’s new …and who’s new… starting this July!

THURSDAYS

Thursdays are still the best indie team night in San Diego, hosted by our very own Subject To Change.  The Open Jam still kicks off the night and there are now two blocks of shows: 7:30 and 9:00.  Subject to Change is excited to announce new players Page Carman and Chris Ansoff.

FRIDAYS

Greenhorn still kicks off our Fridays at 7:30.  For over 3 years this show has allowed new students get on stage to play with teachers for a live (and awesome) audience!

The all-star cast of Killer Giraffe is taking over the 8pm hour with a new show full of playful scenes, surprising choices, and games to make your Friday nights full of laughter.  Kasey Branam and Silvia Diffenderfer join this killer cast starting in July!

Camelflage hosts the 9pm show with a different guest team each week.  Camelflage, always bringing along their out-of-this-world characters that reliably delight audiences again and again, now welcomes John DeWolf and Lee Krevat to their team.

The epic battles in the Cage Match are now on Friday nights at 10:00 and promise weekly fights to the (improv) death, with audiences deciding who lives to scrimmage another day!

Saturday

At 7:30 look for “happy-hour” shows including jams, musical jams, lady jams, and performances by awesome local duos. Bar is open a 7, so come “get your drink on!”

Moving to Saturdays at 8pm, the cast of World According To continues to wow audiences with the help of a prominent new guest each week. By asking questions and poking fun at the answers they receive, this team constantly delights viewers and participants alike. And, check out their newly expanded cast including Joe Partynski, Shawn Roop, and Gary Ware!

The Saturday 9 o’clock show continues to be star-studded with featured shows from near and far! Teams like Jetzo, FCI Sketch Reviews, and more will light up the stage every week.  A Single Lady, our most popular show, will continue to play monthly at 9pm and now includes Hudson Reynolds and Jessica Farber. Also, be on the lookout for the premiere of The General Assembly’s new featured show that finds laughter in blockbuster movies!

Saturday nights at 10pm is WILLIS! with a new indie guest team each week like The Hinges, Roar, or teams from Los Angeles.  Plus, joining the cast are veteran players Jennie Olsen-Six, Erica Clermont, and David Preciado!

Sunday

We aren’t open every Sunday, but when we are we are showcasing our awesome students and giving new teams for more play in our monthly Open House Nights.  Be sure to check the calendar for dates and start times.

Spend your weekends laughing with us and have #morejoyguaranteed.  And, remember, the bar is open for food and drink starting at 7pm.
