What are your other hobbies?
I write songs and perform as a singer and guitarist. I also write sketches and am working on a musical for the Fringe Festival.
If you weren’t doing improv, where would you be?
Sad and alone in a dark, dark room.
What is your favorite improv scene you’ve been in?
One of my favorites was a completely silent scene with Lauren Flynn in Camelflage. Neither of us said a word, but we told a complete and emotionally rich story in three minutes of silence.
Who is your comedy idol?
Robin Williams and Kate McKinnon for their sheer joy and commitment to characters.
10 words or less of what improv means to you?
Challenge, fullfilment, joy, community, love; everything good in life.
Where will you be in 10 years?
On a stage somewhere having more fun than ever!
Anything else we should know?
Improv changed my business and my life. I was a workaholic defined by my job. The freedom and acceptance I learned in improv made everything better and I can’t imagine ever going back to how my life was before.
