Did you know that here at Finest City Improv we have an exceptional ensemble of performers who play on our house teams? These teams are a part of our crew – they’ve participated in our training program, they rehearse here in our theatre and classroom spaces, and they are dedicated members of the San Diego improv community!
One of our house teams, Red Squared, takes the stage every Friday night @ 9:30PM. Catch them this week on Friday, August 15. Performing what is called The Harold, Red Squared creates a 3 act story with just a single word suggestion from the audience. With a plethora of characters and intermingling scenes, you won’t believe it isn’t scripted!
Red Squared is joined this week by Controlled Panic and Fourth Date – both teams with FCI roots! Controlled Panic is a funky, flirty, fresh long form improv team comprised of FCI students and ensemble members. Fourth Date pairs our Assistant Artistic Director, Chris George, with the adorable Kate Henning for an unexpected rom-com of a duo-prov.
Join us this Friday night and become a member of our crew!
