Level 1 was like flipping a switch in my brain that had been off since I was a child. You could very quickly see yourself growing in awareness, confidence, and playfulness. The other cool thing is that you get to see your classmates' growth right alongside you. It was one of those few precious life-changing experiences that I'll never forget.
