I’m new to management, so of course I have those fears of what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to present myself to other people? Making myself feel more comfortable has been an issue for me. Since I am at the executive level now I knew I needed to be a better manager for my people and that was all inspired because of Finest City. I want to help the people that I manage to be successful and I don’t have that training and that’s what Improv for Business gave me. A lot of the times people are afraid to come out of their comfort zone. We just aren’t wired that way. Maybe some people are. But the people I work with, we are wired to do 1+1=2. As we started going through the Finest City trainings, I could see the team getting stronger, that team solidifying and everyone leaning on each other.
